Your Deal®
An interactive tool to help your clients set goals and make positive changes in their lives

Your Deal is an interactive assessment tool that has helped thousands of clients set goals and make positive changes in their lives.

With these cards, individuals, couples, and families identify and understand the connections among their values, goals, and strengths.

This new understanding will help you and your clients to develop realistic action plans to meet their goals. Put change in the hands of your clients with Your Deal.

Your Deal consists of 3 color-coded decks of cards - Values, Goals, and Strengths. Decks may be used individually or in combination to identify client priorities in three specific areas:

  • What is important to them (Values)
  • What they would like to enhance or change (Goals)
  • What resources they possess that will help them achieve their goals (Strengths)
Originally developed to help drug-affected families understand how their values and goals relate to their substance abuse, Your Deal evolved into a tool that helps a wide variety of clients enhance their motivation to change. The cards have been used by thousands of practitioners across the United States and Europe to engage and encourage clients, helping them become more active in setting and reaching their goals.
